[NoVa-Corvairs] Great Race

Everyone:  For those of you not planning on going to help out Daniel, this Saturday is the start of the Great Race.  It is a two-week time-distance-rally across the US, beginning on the west side of the Capital in DC (3rd Street & Pennsylvania Avenue), and ending in Tacoma, WA.  There are 96 racers this year.  All cars must be in place by 9:50, the start ceremony is at 11:30, official start at noon, pit stop on Main Street in Front Royal at 2:25 (are you listening, John?), and overnight the first night in Harrisonburg by 6pm.  This is the first year 1960 cars are eligible, and I know at least one Corvair has been entered  (It is actually a twin to my '60).
