[NoVa-Corvairs] Corvair Towing Question

I second Brian's suggestion to check the gearbox for lube before towing,
especially if it is laughably easy such as on a Gold 1965 Corsa four speed
with the transaxle dipstick right in the engine compartment!

Re: [NoVa-Corvairs] Corvair Towing Question

I have heard many times to always load a convert nose forward. I'll
also add that the suspension is aligned to roll forward, I towed a
Corvair backwards and it was, uh, exciting. Flat towing forward is a
good solution as well, Corvairs flat tow pretty well. I know a number
of folks who've done that as well. Make sure the gearbox is full
before you go.
