[NoVa-Corvairs] Part needed, news, 67 vert for sale

Hey all,

You know the rod that screws into the thermostat bellows and pushes into the damper door?  I need the LONGER of the two.  If no one comes through for me I will surely freeze.

So my 'Vair is back on the road, although it's making an indescribable noise when it slows down.  What does it sound like when u-joints go bad?

Also: on Commonwealth Avenue in Alexandria there sits a Butternut Yellow '67 convertible, 110/pg.
