[NoVa-Corvairs] Vair Fair planning update

Hi Folks,

I have a few updates on our plan based on some comments from the just 
completed National, along with a couple other thoughts since our 
meeting:

  - Trailer parking.  Not RV trailers, but car trailers.  More folks use 
them now, we should specifically allow for them.
  - Consider a "chinese auction" for raffle items, where you buy a 
ticket and put in in a box just for certain item(s).
  - Block off "Corvair only" parking and use numbered spaces.  Makes 
identifying cars easy too.
  - Note on tech competition - the Pleaus visited with us on their way 
to the convention, Dennis mentioned that a competition involving 
fasteners going into aluminum is a bad idea.  Tire change looks like an 
ideal challenge.
