Today I spoke with Ann Hayes, the sales manager at the Best Western.   She 
normally leaves by 3pm during the week, but she is willing to stay later any  
day this week but Thursday to meet with us.  The only day that works for me  
this week is Friday, unless you would like to try for a day next  week? Please 
let me know.  Also, the BW banquet room is  booked for the last weekend in 
April. 
 
I just got a call back today from the sales manager at the Holiday Inn  
Manassas.  There is good news & bad news here: The bad new is  effective this 
October they are changing the franchise to "4 Points  Sheraton".  The good news is 
they also can accommodate our May  dates for a $119.00 room rate with a full 
breakfast. (perhaps  this is bad news too!!) She did indicate should would be 
willing to work  with us on a better rate.
 
I believe we still have time to reserve a hotel if we can't get everything  
we need from the BW. So I will look for a third or perhaps 4th location  over 
the next week.  I will also pay a visit to the local businesses next  to the BW 
in Leesburg to see about additional parking.
