[NoVa-Corvairs] Vair Fair update

Hi Folks,

The Vair Fair planning is coming along real well - Ron has the hotel 
contract just about done, and we have someone to run most of the 
events.  It's shaping up to be a good event.

AJ, I think we are solid enough on the hotel and dates to announce the 
event.  I hesitate to include an autocross until we have a lot, but we 
can update the calendar listing later.  I'm also working on getting 
timing gear.

Please take a look at them - there are some event notes at the bottom, 
if you have an idea send it out to the list and I'll update the 
document.
