I've never seen A-pillars that bad, but then, I lead a pretty sheltered
existence.

Somehow the term "shitbox" is too complimentary.

  Members, At the last Corvair meeting, I seem to recall some of
  us discussing the price a Corvair can bring in any condition.  In my
  ongoing search for a late convertible, I sent an e-mail to California
  Corvairs inquiring if they had or knew of any restorable verts.  They
  quickly responded to my note indicating they had a "restorable" 66
  Corsa they would be willing to part with for a mere........$1000.00. 
  Of course this did not include delivery!  I've also attached a zipped
  attachment of additional photo's they provided. Unbelievable!  Or is
