I have been in touch with Neil for a few weeks and have gone and taken a 
look at the car.   Very good project car.  Some unfortunate rust and minor 
body work to be taken care of.  Low miles.  Real barn dweller for a couple 
of decades.  A good deal can be had as he has about $600 worth of new 
parts that go with the car including a new Clarks ultimate exhaust setup 
(the one for 140s with the skinny pipes) and lots of gaskets and such. 

Very, very nice kid going off to college....did my best to convince him to 
stick with the Vair, but he is done and needs to get it out of his moms 
garage.
