[NoVa-Corvairs] Fw: Vair Fairs

Curtis & All:  Greetings!  Do not fear!  I believe there will be a Vair Fair
this year, hosted by the Central CC in Hopewell.  Last year's was in
Chesapeake, and the year before that was Lynchburg, which is the club that
is bowing out early for their next turn (2008).

On an amusing Corvair note, while attempting to go look at a 1955 Hudson
Wasp, I ran out of gas about 5 miles from home.  Virginia and the kids were
in Richmond, so luckily my Mother-in-law came to my rescue.  Bless her
heart!  On my second attempt, I took Wes' '66 out to rescue the '60, left my
coat in the '60, then found myself locked out of my house!  About four hours
later I had both Corvairs home & also looked at the Wasp!  Too bad it wasn't
a Stinger!
