Ron:

I will be in Illinois on the 9th so I won't be able to make your picnic. 
Lots of good work on the list of things to think about.  I have collected
Vair Fair info from this latest one, of examples of what some of the
other clubs did and I will bring this with me to the meeting tomorrow.

The first thing we need is a date and a place.  So finding a host hotel
or facility is a priority.  We also need a person o take ownership, or be
the chairperson for each activity.  It would be nice to have a computer
software for registration.  Group Corvair has one if you want me to talk
to them.  We can discuss in more details tomorrow.
