In addition to Hagerty, there is a company called  J. C. Taylor. They are also in the classic car insurance business. Get a copy of Old Cars Weekly. They have a number of insurance companies advertising. The locked garage is pretty standard as these agents think that every car is a 100 point concours car. I just have liability with my regular insurance company on my Corvair so that I can drive it .

The quotes will be cheap as they realize that these cars are not daily drivers plus most of them have agreed value, i.e. you and them agree to the value of the car and that is all they will pay.
