By the way, did we make any arrangements with the host hotel to
accommodate those participants with travel trailers, R/V's or just big
car trailers?  Some hotels don't have the room to accommodate them, some
don't want them, and some will let an R/V park on the property but the
owners have to pay if they sleep in it.
