Daniel:
Accuracy with firearms is a learned activity. Just align the front and rear sight: Breathe, Relax, Aim, Slack, Squeeze (BRASS) and you will hit the target every time.
The 12 mile ruck march in 3 hours is somewhat tough, but you run every morning at Airborne school and also throughout the day.
You just don't walk forward. In a C-130 you have to jump up and out. In a jet you must walk out at a 45 degree angle and ensure a good body position or else you get twisted risers or a Mae West.
Remember, in rappelling you always have control of the rope and control your rate of decent. Did you have to do the Australian repel, i.e. going down facing toward the ground? Anyway, be all you can be, Army Strong! An Army of One is out as the recruiting slogan.
