[NoVa-Corvairs] Vair Fair Planning Meeting

I can't make it today.  I have to watch my daughter.
I expect to attend the regular April meeting at AJ's.  If there's anything I can do in the meanwhile to help with the Vair Fair arrangements, please let me know.  As it stands, my understanding of my meager responsibilities is to bring the gear, etc. for the hospitality room that I've committed to bring (per Curt's list) and man the room most of the weekend.  Also, I'll be dealing with the model car show duties during the event.  If there's anything I should/can be doing prior to the event please let me know.

I'm still out of town and won't be back until later Sunday evening. FYI, please confirm that we still want to rent a canopy.  I plan to reserve it on Monday.  I believe a 20X25 is $250.00 for the weekend.
