Urgent[NoVa-Corvairs] Vair Fair Update

Members,
Just got off the phone with Ann Hayes from Best Western. She may be able to let use the banquet room Friday night for free if it's available. However, she also indicated that they only have 10 reservations so far for the fair. The deadline is 13 April for the fair rate and room gaurantee. Please pass this along to all of the vair groups you can and make sure that we all make our reservations as well.
