[NoVa-Corvairs] Vair Fair Registrations?

Hi Curt!

On Friday I stopped by the Best Western to see about extending the registration deadline.  Ann Hayes the Banquet Manager was not in, but I left a message for her to call me on Monday.  I am going to try and see if we can have the registration deadline extended through the weekend to the 16th instead of Friday the 13th.  I will also ask if they will honor the Vair Fair rate of $99.00 for anyone that registers after next week.  We need to do some heavy marketing this week to get at least 20 rooms registered.  If we do, the charge for the banquet room is $750.00.  If we fill less than 20 rooms the banquet room fee is $1000.00.

Greg, called me on Friday and said he would contact CORSA and ask them to promote the fair on their web page.  If anyone knows any members in the NOVA clubs, we may want to get them motivated to register this week.
