I sent another email to CORSA re the Hoter phone number. I received an email back saying that the phone number was corrected in the CORSA events calendar.

Regarding the pre-registrations, I was not aware that there was a cut off for the room rate. 

I agree the $99 is "a lot", but after all, this is the DC area and people should expect to pay a little more up here than Hopewell or Tidewater!
