[NoVa-Corvairs] preregistration update

Darrin: 

After the cut off dater the room rates go up to whatever the hotel
normally charges walk in customers.  Ron would know.

I have not looked on the Internet for the Leesburg Best Western but
sometimes you can get the same "deal" with AAA or AARP or Priceline, etc.
 If you do, you likely won't get the full breakfast.
