Folks,

The other general thing to do is get in hotel reservations - if you  
are staying there, please get your reservations in today, this is the  
cutoff for the room rate.  We should also get our registrations in  
fairly soon so we have a fairly accurate banquet headcount.  We'll be  
turning in a number to the caterer and won't have much headroom for  
folks registering on site.

Current room total is 23.
