Just an update.  I will be making a $300+ deposit tomorrow, mostly from
registration fees I got from Darrin, and that will bring our checking
balance to over $3,000.  We started out with about $2,000 so it looks
like we will break even for sure and maybe make a little money.  I know I
don't have all the bills in yet with the banquet being the biggest but
also we hope to have more income from walk-in registrants and sales of
T-shirts, 50:50 raffle, etc.
