I too think 3 slices/person is right.
As for the banquet I think 10 more than what you have in hand is good.
Most clubs run their dinners this way. That is we will try to
accommodate a reasonable amount of last minute registrations but when we
are out we are out of banquet tickets. I a pinch I would give up my
ticket for someone out of town.
I like the cell phone idea. Mine is 540 931 1526. I plan on writing the
numbers on a 3x5" card and sticking it in my pocket.
As far as a grand prize, I thought that we were going to use Greg's
pressurized grease gun. Or was that just a conversation between me and
Greg?
I think we have enough money that the club could by some raffle goodies
along the lines of what Al & Joan Brinks brought to Saturday's meeting
(crank-up flashlights, car stops for the garage). You know car stuff or
things that are car related like bunggie cords. Might be a way to pay
back the dollar store.
