I sent this back around to underground and the Corvair Ranch.   Do any of 
you know Lon or Jeff well enough to give them a call and ask if they can 
respond to the e-mail?

I suggested to Jeff that he come and vend and/or donate to the door 
prizes....I suggested to Lon that a certain East Coast Vendor has already 
responded.

If you know any of the vendors or potential advertizers well, please get

opportunities!







Hello, 

I am writing to you to ask for your material and advertizing support of 
the upcoming 28th Annual Virginia Vair Fair on May 4-6th in Leesburg, 
Virginia.   The Corvair clubs of Virginia take turns hosting the event and 
this year we, the Northern Virginia Corvair Club, are hosting what we 
think will be one of the best Vair Fairs ever!   Please take a look at our 
web site at www.vairfair.com to see complete information about the event. 
You can also check our ad on the cover of the recent Corsa Communique and 
on the events section of the Corsa web site (www.corvair.org). 

We hope that you will be able to attend and vend as we have plenty of 
outdoor vendor space available for a mere $15 for a block of three parking 
spaces  in our well located vendor lot.   

We also are asking all vedors to help out with donations of door prizes. 
Please feel free to bring door prize donations with you if you are going 
to attend in person, or contact either myself or Bryan Blackwell 
(bryan at skiblack.com) to arrange delivery of your donation to the Northern 
Virginia Corvair Club.   If you would like to ship door prize materials, 
please send them to the following address:

(Yes, I live in Maryland, but am less than a half mile from the border of 
VA and the club accepts me all the same!) 

We are also selling advertizing space in our event program which will be 
printed in a format that so that each page is one quarter of a standard US 
letter sized page.   We will sell a full page ad for $20 and a business 
card sized ad for $10.   So as to ensure inclusion in the program, please 
get back to us by April 20th with ad copy and payment if you wish to be 
included in the program.  We can accept balance or bank transfer (no 
credit cards) via PayPal at payment at vairfair.com if that is easier than 
sending payment.   In that case, please send ad copy artwork to 
dhartzler at ifc.org.  This address can accept large files.   If you prefer, 
you can mail copy and payment to the same address as listed above. 

All contributors of door prizes will be recognized and thanked in our 
program, at the registration desk and during the banquet on Saturday 
evening.   

You know how difficult the organization of these events can be, so you 
know how much we will appreciate your help in supporting our efforts, so 
please take advantage of this offer to promote your business to Vair Fair 
participants.
