[NoVa-Corvairs] Crunch time - final preparations for the Vair Fair

Folks,

We are in the final stretch.  I just did an inventory of what I need to 
finish the registration packets and matched that up to the names of the 
people who volunteered to get them done...hope I got this right.  Would 
you guys be available to meet on, say, Wednesday to bring these elements 
together?  I would be more comfortable if it was done before Friday.

Here are the things I need to collect are:

1) Door Prize ticket roll - to include in the registration packet - Greg
2) Ballot for People's Choice - to include in the registration packet - 
Greg
3) Ballot for Model Car competition -  - to include in the registration 
packet - Greg
4) Numbered windshield placards for show cars  - to include in the 
registration packet - Greg
5) Dash Plaques - to include in the registration packet - Bryan
6) Funkhana "admission slip" - to include in the registration packet - 
Bryan
7) Maps for the packet  - to include in the registration packet - Bryan
8) Program for the event - to include in the registration packet - Bryan
9) Rally packet and admission slip - Curt (this is more of a guess as I 
dont remember who was doing this)
10) Signs for Registration Desk - Ron
11) Goody bags - Ron

I have Joan and Al Birks helping out with registration and have heard from 
Earl G. that he will be available to help out on Friday and Saturday til 
noon and we can put Private Goldberg on duty as well....and I sure there 
will be a few other volunteers, so we are in good shape in that area.

So, I guess Greg, Bryan, Curt and Ron....can you confirm that I got the 
assignments right here and that we can bring this all together on Wed. 
evening?  If I have these wrong or there is any difficulty, I can take 
charge of any of these items as needed...except the dash plaques unless 
you would like my children to fabricate something out of construction 
paper!   Name tags are ready to print and I have the stickers for the 
banquet, model car competition, video racing and valve cover racing...the 
rest have tickets as per above.   We should probably do entry placards for 
the model car show/competition as well.
