Just to follow up from our discussion about the tow dolley, I purchased mine from a company called Leonard Building & Truck Accessories in Manassas.  It's located at 8136 Sudley Rd.  Their number is (703)631-8076.  I paid $895.00 for mine about a year ago and I dealt directly with the manager.  His name is Jamie Shelton.  I bought the model 77T for small to mid-size cars.
