[NoVa-Corvairs] List updates

Hi folks,

A couple updates on the list - I've turned on attachments, but kept the 
member only restriction.  The consensus at the meeting was we needed 
the flexibility of sending attachments for the Vair Fair planning.  I 
have kept the size restriction so I can review anything really big 
before it goes out.

Also, you'll probably see a fair amount of list traffic related to the 
event.  Please remember we'll need folks to work the event itself, so 
this should give everyone a good idea of what's going on and what can 
be done.
