Curt sent me a great summary of the meeting....very sorry I missed it. 
Happy to see that you guys thought everything through and I will be at the 
next one.

AJ - can you e-mail me a copy of the old form as well as the updated form? 
 If it has not been updated, just give me the new rates and I would be 
happy to update and edit.

Were the rates for all the activities finalized?

Hi Folks,

We had a good session last night, we went over what we have already, 
and got a bunch more done besides.  The plan is to have another VF 
meeting the week before the regular Feb meeting.  Plan is to meet up at 
Ron's house and then drive out to the Best Western to review our plans 
and how things will actually work.

I'll update my notes over the weekend and send them out.  We have a few 
things to get done by the end of the month.
