I have one - but if you can't jump the car that usually means it's a 
cable or starter problem.  When you jump a car you have power, it's 
just not getting where it needs to go.  Check both ends of both cables, 
sometimes the engine end is the one with the problem, especially when a 
jump doesn't work.
