the planning meetings, however Joan and I will be glad to help.  If you have

and see if you can help somewhere.  Items already committed by you can be
found with your name in italics behind the item.  Remember what we can't
supply we will have to buy or rent.  We should have a final review at out
April meeting and then buy or rent what we don't have.
