[NoVa-Corvairs] Do Not Call List for Cell Phones

Thanks for the notice on cell phones.  I had got the info from someone
else and was able to use a web site to get on the DO NOT CALL list.  The
confirmation note said that not getting calls may take up to 30 days
after I get my confirmation.
