Bryan, a question for you at the end of this note.

Effective this date, 10/11/07, A. J. Paluska, Jr. now has signature
authority for our checking account and A. W. (Al) Harris who had been our
back up is off the signature list.  I remain on the list and at your
service.

A. J., at the next meeting which we both attend I will give you some
checks.  If that takes too long I will mail a book of checks to you.

Through one of our members, Bill King, I was introduced to a young fellow
about my age who is just getting into the Corvair hobby and will join our
club.  His name is Maurice "Greek" Dunigan and he bought a nice '64
Spyder convertible.  He picked it up in Colorado and drove it back to
Winchester, VA where he lives.  It is a straight car with a good power
train but the interior and paint/trim need to be freshen up.  He plans to
restore it over the winter.  

He said he only got 13 miles per gallon on the interstates from Colorado.
 After some questions I found out he was screaming along at 70 at 4,100
rpm.  I looked at the size of his tires which are a smallish 165/70 X 13.
 So he agrees that he needs bigger tires/wheels.  Bryan, what size can he
fit under the back of an early model.
