Looks like you captured all or most of the comments. Agree that it is worth discussing with the other clubs. 

Another alternative might be to have all of the clubs work on the various events but have a "host" club pick and coordinate a different venue each year. It may or may not be in the "host" club's area. 

Also, I have procured all of the parts to add an original PCV system to my engine. Is anyone available this weekend, either day, morning or afternoon, to help me reassemble the engine?
