Interesting to do it as a blog. Very nice. I wonder how I would have put
my daily experiences if I had done it that way instead of the weekly/monthly
summaries I've been doing.
I can't help you much with a 65, but there are many who can. All I can do
is refer you to my oil paper and my site to see what I am doing with my 60,
and with luck see you when I'm in Virginia in September.

Subject: [NoVa-Corvairs] Hello!

Good evening all...

I'm Aaron, and I'll give a short intro to the group here. I was the one
that Curtis started the thread about last month about a new member
joining the club. I'm hopeful that I can learn much about the Corvair
that I currently own (a 65 4dr). I'm re-assembling the engine after
attempting to take off the top shroud to track down an oil leak and not
having much success at doing it. (this is my first real car that I've
worked on, so still a little clueless :) I'm hoping that I can remember
how to get it all back together successfully :)

I'm planning on going to the Sully Car Show on the 15th as well as the
club meeting on the 21st. If I have the car together and actually able
to start it again, I'll bring it to both events. I'm also keeping a
blog going at myfirstcorvair.blogspot.com to document all the money and
work I'm putting into the car :)

I live in Herndon, but sadly don't have a garage to store the car in,
but it's got plates and used to run before I took it apart :)

Anyway, look forward to seeing everyone and learning more about my Corvair!

--Aaron
