What does the battery read with the car off?

With the motor running, after you disconnect the jumper, what does the 
battery read?  Is it charging?

All connections tight?

Perhaps put it on a charger overnight and see what happens.  Or take the 
battery to Auto Zone and have it load tested.

Just my thoughts!
