If you can wait until the 18th, there should be enough of us here to help you get it fixed.  No reason we can't work on more than on Corvair.

Replaced one taillight socket (both were falling out of the sockets fairly
regularly) and got both turn signals working, but I still only have one brake
light.  Bryan thinks it's probably an issue with the turn signal switch.  I
called the Corvair Ranch today, and they said the same thing, but that it might
not be necessary to replace the part - it might just need to be adjusted.

So, no, the problem isn't fixed, but I do have a possible solution.  Of
course, it still involves removing the steering wheel, which I would hesitate to
attempt on my own.
