My next engine project is a 3.1 L big bore kit.  So at the convention it was less about parts than picking a person to do the machining.  I think I will go with Warren LaVeque's (spell) son, mike.  He said he would do it and I will need to ship him the parts like block and heads for him to machine.

 

I did get some parts at a good price form the outside vendors like copper terminal, distributor caps for $5.  Clark's are $17.  Also NOS AC 44FF spark plugs (7) for $5.  My next immediate projects are a dual master cylinder and a new brake line from under the dash to above the rear diff.  Tomorrow I put the car up on jack stands (I miss the lift) and start taking out the 40 year old brake line.
