Members,

At our last meeting we agreed to use the Best Western Hotel & Conference Center in Leesburg, as the host hotel for our 2010 Vair Fair.  This is the same hotel we used in 2007, and they are happy to host us again.  I spoke with the Director of Sales this afternoon and she agreed to offer us the same 2007 room rate of $99.00, which includes a full breakfast.  (the breakfast was pretty good as I recall).  I'd like to go ahead and get a contract signed to lock in the dates.  Shall we proceed?
