I am on board for the Best Western again if they can give us the same 
parking lots to block off for the event.   That worked well.   The only 
hitch was using the back lot for the funkhana did not allow the vendors to 
sell there on Sunday...and that was a bit of a tempest in a teapot.

I liked Leesburg.

Members,

At our last meeting we agreed to use the Best Western Hotel & Conference 
Center in Leesburg, as the host hotel for our 2010 Vair Fair.  This is the 
same hotel we used in 2007, and they are happy to host us again.  I spoke 
with the Director of Sales this afternoon and she agreed to offer us the 
same 2007 room rate of $99.00, which includes a full breakfast.  (the 
breakfast was pretty good as I recall).  I'd like to go ahead and get a 
contract signed to lock in the dates.  Shall we proceed?
