Darrin: Having lots of problems with my DSL Internet connection but I finally was able to stay "on-line" long enough to see all of your engine cradle pictures. I love it. I have one made out of 2x6's with 4" casters but I like yours much better. My engine is sick especially on the passenger side. Found some pretty poor compression ratios. No time now to do the 3.1 L or major back-up engine rebuild so I will put new pistons, rings, and barrels in while the engine is still in the car. I met a guy that is making over sized, aluminum barrels with silicon/nickel linings. If I can get enough info from users on durability I will try those. This same guy also, are you ready for this, makes a stroker crank for Corvairs.
