[NoVa-Corvairs] CORSA Convention

Hey, Everyone!  The ride home was pleasant!  The ride to Manassas was another story!  It took me about 15-20 minutes to thaw out my feet, after the five degree hour ride!  After almost 11 years of ownership, the Rampside finally has heat, thanks to the Northern Virginia Corvair Club!  A big thank you to Al for hosting the meeting, and wielding his torches!  Also, a big thank you to Darrin, who is always willing to get his hands dirty!  I still had some residual fine insulation blowing up through the defroster ducts.  Also, the used 140 PowerGlide Governor works well; however, it didn't seem to change the shift point at all.  After reading through the Tech Guide, I may need to adjust the throttle linkage to adjust to a higher shift point.  Barring any interim help requested before the next meeting, we'll see you all at Ron's next month.  Thanks again!  Greg

P.S.  Bryan, I believe we actually met for the first time at the Ontario CA convention in 1990!
