[NoVa-Corvairs] Fall Tour Idea

Hi all,
Bill is on board and I have asked if he can do it on the 8th.
Would anyone be interested in volunteering to plot a course? I have some
advice from Bill and can put you in touch directly. Problem is this
should be done immediately and I am out of the country right now and have
a crazy workload right now. Anyone?
I asked if we can do a picnic at his place or ID a nearby restaurant after
scoping out his new Stinger and all his other beasts. Maybe an hour or
two at his place?
He suggests going from Leesburg, across at White's Ferry, a drive through
of Sugarloaf mountain and then a stop at his place. How does that sound?

Darrin & All! Sounds like a great idea! It has been a few years since we
have held a fall tour... Due to soccer (& ballet) for the next few weeks
on Saturdays and the NVCC meeting next Saturday, the next three Sundays
would work good for me (10/25 or 11/1 or 8). Darrin, see if you can get
the "Mini" route from Bill, since it is already done, and probably a
pretty interesting route to boot! Greg

below) and has a fascinating collection of FAST classics and near
classics...and several Corvairs including, I think, a Stinger he picked up
this year or last. He is willing to host a meeting in the Spring and
has, I think, a portable lift. I have been trying to get him to join for
a bit as he does all his own work on his car and used to work at a Corvair
only shop in the area.

of those three wheel micro cars...and a real Mini from back in the
day...interesting stuff, but not a museum, they all drive.

me as I like to go to the Rockville show.
