Just got a call from Hogan & Sons Goodyear.Turns out the tires are Maxxis brand with a 3/4" white wall and were manufactured in 2010.  If I'm not mistaken, this is the same brand Clarks has in stock now.  Clarks said they had 30 in stock.  I've order 4 from from Hogan & Sons and I'll provide and update next week as well as what the discount is for a bulk purchase if there is any interest.
