Regarding using the 185/70-13 instead, basically the only functional issue is they're kind of short, as Mike noted.  Basically this means a bit lower effective gearing and the speedometer may be off (the speedo may be wrong anyway).  This doesn't apply to many people, but also be aware that only the 185/80-13 is allowable in the Factory Stock CORSA concours classes.
