Justin,

I've used Hanlon plating in Richmond.  They don't do concourse quality plating, but for the money I was pleased with the quality of their work.  I've had a couple sets of bumpers done by them and took about a week to get them back each time which is pretty good.  They take cash only, no credit cards.
