[NoVa-Corvairs] 60 oil cooler and seals

Richard, I am assuming the back grille piece is aluminum. I had the anodized coating sandblasted of along with the black paint someone painted it. I don't have a polishing wheel and etc. what would you suggest? A drill with a polishing wheel attached and grit papers your recommended on your headlight bezels?!
