Makes sense to me....if it is off already, just run it over.   No shipping 
charge.    If they say it is too far gone I will dig this one out...it is 
already turned.

Why don't you just take it to Fairfax Auto Parts and have them turn it if 
they can?

BTW, I would not put a used drum on a car without turning it, especially 
if you're replacing the shoes.  And if you're replacing one side, you 
should do the other and turn that drum too.
