Hi folks,

At the last meeting we discussed putting on the 2013 Vair Fair, I asked if 
we want to have a Vair Fair or not, given these two conditions:

- If we don't, then we should assume there won't be a Vair Fair
- If you answer yes, then you are committing to support the event

The folks in attendance unanimously voted in favor :-)

In general, we agreed to keep to the same basic event we've had the last two 
times as those seemed to work pretty well and we got good feedback.  Ron has 
already gotten started on the hotel contract with the Leesburg Best Western, 
the dates are 3-5 May 2013.

Next up we need to get our schedule worked out and identify volunteers.  We 
need both someone to take care of tasks prior to the event, plus we need 
event workers.  Last time we had the following major areas to cover:

- Registration
- Vendors (indoor and outdoor)
- Car show
- Awards
- Door prizes
- T-shirts
- Hospitality room
- Valve cover races

We set up a rally, but it was not well attended.  I'd suggest we replace it 
with a simple driving tour of the area with perhaps some points of interest 
people can stop at.

Comments, thoughts, suggestions, questions - and most of all - volunteers 
welcome!
