[NoVa-Corvairs] Carbs and rich fuel issue

I left the club last Saturday with refreshed springs and brake shoes on the rear. My rich fuel issue went away after filling up at a Exxon down the street from Bryan's home. The hesitation issue came back again Tuesday only allowing me to travel 30 miles an hour. Anyone who has time tomorrow afternoon or after that might be able to help trouble shoot the carb issue would be appreciated.  I'm going to pull the plugs on my left head and try to grab a compression tester to trouble shoot , but not comfortable pulling the carb top off on the left side in fear of the  parts no being out back together properly. Solicitation trouble shooting help as I also found an additional inline fuel filter by the rear. Not sure why car is running rich , hesitation and of course timing advanced at this point. Just need a little experienced help were someone's time permits.
