[NoVa-Corvairs] Restoring trim

So here's a goofy question:
Last night I bought some really nice used trim for my '65 Corsa project, including the fender Corsa scripts and the rear quarter panel c's.  Regarding the latter, has anyone out there touched up the red paint?  If so, what was the color and brand of the
paint you used? 
I may just go to a hobby shop and check out the Testor's display.
