[NoVa-Corvairs] Balanced 13 in wheel

I am looking for a balanced 13in wheel to use for a day or two. I have a shimmy at about 55 mph
and it goes away at about 75mph. I have been trying to find the problem for a long time. I have
had my wheels balanced and rebalanced and I cannot find the problem. I am going to replace
one wheel at the time with the balanced tire until I find the bad wheel.
Anyone that has a balanced wheel that I can use for a couple of days, Please let me know and
I will return it as soon as I can
