Update.
The locksmith had the correct E and H blanks. It would have been a bit more expensive than I had hoped for, but the tech charged me just less than 1 hour labor when he spent 1.75 hrs working here.
Glad that is over with.

They have the keys. They had to order me some that took a few months to get, but
they have extra stock now since I ordered. They made me a new trunk key. Just
take your key over and they will hook you up. Cost me $65 to make, but might be
cheaper for you since they have that gm key in stock now.
